Sport and health: promoting physical and mental growth of children
In KeyBiological we have always been clear that sport is one of the pillars of our health, so we firmly believe that introducing children to sports is to ensure them a future of physical and mental health.
For that reason this year we have taken the step to be part of the companies that support the youth sport in our city contributing our grain of sand with the soccer team Racing de Castrelos F.C.
Racing de Castrelos F.C. competes in the category Benjamines A F8 (Football 8) of the Galician Football Federation. Soccer 8 is a reduced variant of soccer that is played in several autonomous communities. It was born as a previous step to adult soccer with a smaller number of players and a smaller playing field that adapts better both technically and physically to the skills of our children.
This past weekend the season started and Castrelos faced Arbo C.F. at home. The result was 3:2 in favor of Castrelos who was winning throughout the game although Arbo tried to come back and try to score 2 goals, which were not enough to counteract the 3 points scored by Castrelos.
