Under no circumstances will returns or replacements be accepted for items purchased after 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, which is the mandatory period set by consumer protection law. The return shipping costs – return fees – will always be the responsibility of the buyer. The product or products being returned must be in their original packaging, sealed, and in perfect condition. A copy of the purchase receipt must be included in the return package. You must inform us of your return or replacement request so that we can properly manage your request. Please refer to Sections 1 and 2 for further details.

1. PROCESO DE DEVOLUCIÓN
Before sending your return and if you have not already done so, you must contact us to inform us that you are returning the item. To do this, please send an email to administracion@keybiological.com, including the word RETURN in the subject line along with your order number, which can be found on your purchase invoice. This process is necessary so that we can properly manage your request, with the understanding that the 14-day return period is effective from the date of purchase and is not dependent on the shipping, receipt, or response to this message.
Once we receive your package and verify that your return meets the conditions outlined in this return policy, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving your package. The refund will be for the amount of the products purchased, including, if applicable, the shipping costs of your initial purchase. Return shipping costs will never be refunded. The refund will be processed using the same method you used for the original payment.
Please remember: This return policy will be void after 14 days from the date of purchase or if you have previously requested a replacement for this purchase (Section 2). In any case, once the 14-day period has passed from the purchase date, returns or replacements will not be accepted.
2. PROCESO DE SUSTITUCIÓN
In exceptional cases, your return may be due to an error in the product shipment, where the item received does not correspond to the one purchased. Only in this case will KeyBiological consider replacing the product with another identical one, provided it is available. If the product is unavailable or if you do not wish to proceed with a replacement, you still have the right to request a return in accordance with our return policy (1) within the 14-day period from the date of purchase stipulated by law.
Important: Under no circumstances will we replace a product with another different one, whether of lesser, equal, or greater value. If you wish to proceed with the replacement of the item sent by error, you must send us an email at administracion@keybiological.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. In the subject line, include the word REPLACEMENT followed by your order number, which can be found on your invoice, and attach a photograph of the product as you received it. This process is necessary for us to properly manage your request. If this condition is not met, you must proceed with the return of your order, and you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to do so.
Once the replacement process for the wrongly sent item has started, you must return the item properly packaged in its original packaging, sealed, unused, and in perfect condition. The purchase invoice must also be included. Once we receive the item and verify that all conditions are met, KeyBiological will cover the cost of reshipping the replacement product to you at no charge. Only in the case where we have made the error of sending a different product will we cover the replacement shipping costs. In the case of a return, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Remember: This replacement policy will be void if you do not contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package or if you have previously requested a return of your purchase (1). In any case, once the 14-day period from the purchase date has passed, no replacements or returns will be accepted.
IX. LEGAL ACTIONS, APPLICABLE LEGISLATION, AND JURISDICTION
